I had a great experience at Oak Hostel Cabin. the communal kitchen downstairs was really good, and the location was very convenient, with close proximity to both the metro and JR stations. the staff, especially Hideyuki and Ayumi, were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my inquiries. the facilities, including the toilets, showers, and laundry, were all top-notch. the lounge area was a nice place to hang out, and I loved the art, particularly the hilarious animal musicians. I highly recommend this place for its value and excellent service. Cons: Don't have any issues at all! 😊.

I had a great time at this hostel during my stay in the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions I had. The location was convenient, close to local shops and restaurants, as well as two train stations that provided easy access to all areas of the city. One of the best aspects was the social atmosphere, with other guests being friendly and welcoming, making it easy to meet new people and have interesting conversations. the hostel had a common area where guests could relax and share their travel experiences.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay at this hostel. One negative aspect was the noise level in the dormitory, as some guests tended to chat loudly in the sleeping area.

Cleanliness and plenty of common spaces. Staff spoke good English. The hostel provided umbrellas, which came in handy during my stay. The fully-equipped kitchen was a great bonus for cooking meals.
Some guests used the common spaces as their own, leaving luggage and bags in inconvenient places. The upper capsules were a bit awkward to climb into and were cramped compared to other hostels.

The hostel was well-organized, with plenty of showers, washing machines, and common areas to hang out in. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The capsules were comfortable and clean, with spacious lockers provided. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with a subway station and convenience stores nearby.
The upper capsules were a bit awkward to climb into and there wasn't enough space for guests' shoes. The capsules themselves felt a bit cramped compared to other hostels.

I recently stayed at Oak Hostel Cabin for a few nights during my backpacking trip in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the lounge area was comfortable for relaxing and socializing. The kitchen facilities were impressive, with a wide range of amenities and even free tea and coffee all day. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the clean bathrooms had everything I needed, including free use of straighteners which was a special treat after months of backpacking. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to get to the airport with a short walk to the T-Cat bus. They even provided umbrellas for guests to use.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time partying at this hostel! It was located in a quiet area, but still close to two metro stations and some great local restaurants. the spacious pods were a pleasant surprise, and the communal areas were kept clean and tidy. the showers were hot and powerful, and the friendly staff even held our luggage for us after check-out.
The noise levels at night could be a bit disruptive due to the thin blinds on the pods.
